Description: This is a ceramic pottery piece by Albert Alvidrez, a member of the Ysleta del Sur Pueblo-Tigua Indian Reservation. It is created using a ceramic mold and hand-painted with pigment and commercial underglazes.

This design is hand-painted with no pencil outlines, relying only on the memory and skill of the artist. The design is a contemporary variation of traditional Pueblo design. 

This piece is signed and includes a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the artist. 

The Wedding Vase symbolizes the coming together of two people establishing an everlasting relationship.  During the wedding ceremony, the couple, will each drink from a spout and turn the vase.  Once they both drink from the vase, they are considered one.  The couple will keep the vase as a symbol of their commitment to each other.
